How To Look After Your Invisalign/Clear Aligner Brace System

‘Invisalign’ is a form of clear aligner system that straightens your teeth gradually over a series of aligners. 

The aligners are to be worn for a minimum of 22 hours per day and are to be removed for eating and drinking anything that isn’t cool water.  Should you have a warm drink with the aligner in situ it may cause the aligner to deform and become unfit for purpose. After eating or drinking your teeth must be brushed before placing the aligner back over your teeth.
