The overall length of time taken for the Invisalign treatment depends on the complexity of the case and can have the same duration as traditional braces. When you have the consultation here at Oldham Orthodontics we can give you more detailed information on your exact treatment time.

There are no restrictions on what you can eat during your Invisalign® treatment because unlike traditional braces you can simply remove your aligners to eat and drink. However, it is important to remember to brush and floss your teeth after meals.

Many of our patients have often asked if Invisalign® aligners affect their speech. Simply, Invisalign® aligners have no impact on speech. Do keep in mind though, as with any orthodontic appliance, there is an initial transition period where speech may seem different.
